About me

I graduated from the University of Silesia in 2007, defending my BA (with honours) in English Studies with Spanish. I continued my studies in Valencia and obtained an MA in Translation Studies (English-Spanish). I have worked as a translator since 2004, translating mainly business, legal, financial, commercial, technical and educational text.

• PEARDROP - Digital Business Ecosystems (http://www.peardrop.eu/) - an EU funded project aiming at helping Regions to take an active role in boosting local ICT Businesses Networking and Digital Business Ecosystems (DBE) deployment
• The European Broadband Portal (http://www.broadband-europe.eu/) - a follow-up action of the European Commission resulting from the 'Bridging the Broadband Gap' Conference (14-15 May 2007, Brussels), which concluded that there was a need to support public authorities in areas under-served by broadband to improve supply and conditions of supply
• eRegion Hub (http://www.ianis.net) - follow up of IANIS, the Innovative Actions Network for the Information Society
• eris@ (http://www.erisa.be) - the European Regional Information Society Association; an organisation whose aim is to provide support for the economic and social development of their member regions through the tools of the information society - information and communication technologies (ICTs)
